Shilpa Shetty was born in Tamil Nadu, India, 8 June 1975. He is known as a Bollywood film actress who began her career as a star model in 1991, at which time he was 15 years old.
Debut younger sister Shamita Shetty's film is titled BAAZIGAR (1993) with Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. But Shilpa became the first new major star in 1994 through the film, AAG with actor Govinda. Following its successful role as Anjali in DHADKAN (2000) and its role as Tamanna Sahani in the film Phir MILENGE (2004).
Until now, Shilpa has starred in at least 50 movies. And new achievements, winning the British reality show Celebrity Big Brother on January 28, 2007 and by pocketing 63% of the vote. Apart from bagging numerous awards, among them, receive the Bollywood Movie Award 1998 for best supporting actor category, Giant International Award by Phir MILENGE (2004), Indo-Pak's Young achiever Award and the AAHOA Award through Phir MILENGE (2004).
